The most common configurations for multi-layered ceramic capacitors include the S-lead, finger L-lead, solid J-lead, and thru-hole. Polymer or tantalum capacitors These are ideal for defense industries as they offer high volumetric efficiency in a compact containment. So, they are ideal when high capacitance is required in a smaller area.
